At Advice Extra we consider the needs of your organisation and respond to them in the delivery of employee assistance, offering a better way of working and supporting your staff. We have de-coupled intensive face-to-face counselling support from our basic contract, meaning that you only pay for this service when you need it, not as part of an "all-in package". We don't sell you extras that you don't really need.


Advice Extra is accessible for businesses of all sizes, as our structure and business model means that we are often the best value provider per head.


We are the social enterprise arm of Citizens Advice Bureau and have 70 years experience of supporting people with complex problems. As a social enterprise, all our profits go back into the local community, allowing those organisations using Advice Extra to offer support to others in the local area.


These key differences mean that as a more efficient organisation we are able to offer rates that are lower than other EAP providers, whilst still achieving great results.
